How good decisions are made: a suitable process and independent views

On November 10, I'm on the panel at the BoardMesh event on advisory boards and AI.

The questions we'll discuss:

  • How does AI influence the way founders choose and work with advisors?
  • And how does it influence the advisory process itself?

It's always useful to check the recent literature before taking a position on a topic. Main results in this case: An entrepreneur who wants to make the best possible decisions:

  • uses a suitable decision-making process, defined before the decision is taken (this is what we do with Cognel)
  • works with advisors who are knowledgeable and independent.

Both points show clearly where AI reaches its limits in strategic decision-making.

More on that on November 10 - hope to see you there.

Interested in how Cognel can support your strategic decisions? Let me know.
