What we often hear in everyday coaching activities: "My LLM has suggested this, and it sounds reasonable". However, many decisions, especially in the startup context, need judgment. A lot of it.

Cognel makes the judgment visible and explicit so you know why you took a certain decision and can revise it later.

🧠 AI shouldn't replace thinking. It should improve it. 🧠

Everyone knows startup founders are using AI.

The real question is:

❓ HOW are they using it?

Many founders ask AI:

"Who should my customer be?"

And they get an answer.

Sometimes it's even a good one.

The problem isn't the answer.

It's that they never develop the reasoning behind it.

So when a mentor asks:

💬 "Why did you choose that customer?"

or an investor asks:

💬 "What alternatives did you consider?"

there isn't much to say beyond:

"ChatGPT suggested it."

Good startup decisions aren't valuable because they're generated by AI.

They're valuable because they're reasoned through.

Because in the end, confidence doesn't come from getting an answer.

It comes from understanding why it's the right one.
